The Generation That is a small business company based in New York with a warehouse in North Carolina.
Most of our products are made in Nicaragua, Mexico and the United States.
Most of our products are eco-friendly and made from organic cotton. We also have sustainable T-shirts in our collection. Many of our packaging materials are either recyclable or biodegradable.
Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
The Generation That does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of. Due to COVID-19 we do not except any exchange or refund at this time.
Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense.
If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but the customer reports they have yet to receive it, The Generation That won’t cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.
There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer’s address. Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch.”
There are a few reasons an order can be returned to the sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned by your end customer. New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed at customs, returned by our customer, or had an incorrect address originally provided.
Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.
It takes 2–7 business days to create apparel products and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products.Our average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the order’s destination. However, due to COVID-19 the shipment can take a little bit longer.
We are shipping worldwide, however additional costs may apply.
The shipping cost varies based on the destination and weight of the package. However, with the order above $100, we offer free shipping in the USA.
